With a background in civil engineering and over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction and inspection industries, I bring a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to every real estate investment opportunity.
My career began in residential and commercial construction, where I owned and operated a renovation and building business. I later expanded into project management, overseeing a wide range of developments – from multifamily housing and custom residential builds to hotels and water treatment facilities. This diverse background gives me a unique insight into the full lifecycle of a property – from blueprint to investment potential.
In addition to my investment work, I’m the founder of Impactful Home Inspections, where I continue to serve clients throughout the residential and commercial property space as a licensed home inspector.
